Standard Cleaning
$85 Apt/Condo
$125.00 & up Home 3-5 bd/2-4 bath
Our standard cleaning is designed for homes or apartments that have been recently cleaned and gives the customer one less thing on their list of many things to do. This service can be weekly, bi-weekly or monthly depending on your needs. Keep in mind, if your home hasn’t been professionally cleaned in a while you will likely require a Deep Cleaning to get started. The standard service includes:
All Rooms
- Dust furniture
- Dust all light fixtures/ceiling fans
- Dust TV’s/Electronics (upon request)
- Change linen (if stripped/include sheets)
- Vacuum all carpeted areas
- Sweep/Mop floors (tile/wood)
- Empty wastebaskets (replenish trash bags)
- Clean & scrub showers, Tubs & sinks
- Clean toilets
- Clean countertops (kitchen/bath)
- Clean Mirrors
- Polish all hardware
- Change towels (provided by customer)
- Polish all appliances (exterior)
- Clean inside microwave
- Stove top
- Load dishwasher (if empty)
- Dust baseboards
- Laundry upon request
Deep Clean & Move In/Out Cleanings
Home up to 5 bdrms $265/5hr
Apt/Condo $175/3.5hr
The Deep Clean service is specifically detailed for the home owner who needs that extra care to remove all dust and grime in every area of their home. For the individual who is leasing a condo or apartment, this service will be ideal as well. The Deep Clean includes all Standard/Full service cleaning areas plus all the additional services below:
- Detailed cleaning of all baseboards
- Thorough cleaning (inside oven/refrigerator)
- Sweep/mop behind oven/refrigerator
- Remove all cobwebs
- Steam all floors (tile/wood)
- Thorough cleaning of all blinds
- Wipe all doors/knobs
- Wipe all light switch & electrical outlet covers
- Patio doors/windows (inside)
- Window cleaning (inside)
- Dust all vents (within reach)
- Clean Fireplace
- Vacant home cleanings all trash will be removed from the home
Post Construction & Office Cleaning
This service requires a thorough walk through which will include a variety of factors. These factors will determine the time it will take to complete the cleaning and what will be charged. Please contact me via email or cell phone.
We do offer extra services along with any cleaning of your choosing but they will require an additional charge. See additional services below:
- Laundry/Folding
- Inside cabinets (removal of items must be done before arrival)
- Dishes/only load in dishwasher
- Wash trash cans
- Sweeping front/back porch
- Patio/front door exterior windows
- Organizing (price depends on what is needed)
Services not offered through Wilson’s Pro-Cleaning
- Cleaning of Bio-hazards (mold etc)
- Pet litter/waste
- Scrubbing of walls
- Exterior window cleaning
- Moving/lifting furniture
- High area’s (more than a 3 step ladder)
- Garage cleaning

This is a list of all the services Wilson’s Pro-cleaning provides. All services will and can be centered around what is best suited for each individual customer’s needs. Also, anything over the allotted time for each service listed above has an additional hourly charge of $50 an hour.
